After 3 years of military service overseas, Marc returned to his hometown of Springfield, Missouri to attend Missouri State University in 1997.  Marc received his bachelors degree in Geography with a minor in Biology in 2000.  He completed his Masters degree in Resource Planning at Missouri State in 2003.  Marc spent 3 years working as an Environmental Investigator for Greene County Missouri until December of 2005 when he joined OEWRI as a project supervisor.  Marc specializes in field investigations in fluvial geomorphology, soils/sedimentation, and water quality along with the application of geospatial technology and cartography.
