Thanks to an EPA grant, OEWRI offers the Pollution Prevention Program (P2 Program) in a paid summer format!
College students from around the region can work on-site at manufacturing companies over the summer and lead sustainability projects that will create meaningful change. And, you'll be paid ($$).

- Water conservation and treatment.
- Energy efficiency and alternative energy.
- Green chemistry/toxic substance reduction.
- Waste management and reduction.
- Air quality and chemical processing.
- Manufacturing processes and HVAC systems.

Qualifications
What makes a great intern?
- Summer internships are open to students from any college or university in the region.
- Must be a junior, senior or graduate (master's) student.
- Must work 40 hours per week for 10-to-12 weeks. You'll be matched with a company based on your location, interests and experience.
- A passion for sustainability, environmental science and/or pollution prevention is essential.
